Jul 2nd - 15th | Wimbledon Championships
The Championships are the oldest tennis tournament in the world and are often considered the most prestigious out of the four “grand slams” tennis stars play. It is also the only one to still be played on grass, which is the game’s original surface. The competition has taken place at The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, London since 1877 and is often mentioned by top players as being their favourite.
The atmosphere is tense and expectant as the players give their all for the title. And there is no reason to miss out on the games just because you haven’t received a ticket, as Wimbledon remains one of the few UK sporting events which allows you to purchase premium tickets on the day of play.
If you don’t mind waiting a few hours for the chance to see tennis history, join the queue a few hours before opening time and see what they have available! Attending the Wimbledon Championships is any real tennis fan's dream.
