If the product is available to be added to cart here at the Go-British website it will be delivered by Go-British.
If you are redirected to another website to purchase the product their T&C and gift wrapping offers apply.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 11AM the same day.
Royal Mail Signed and Tracked - approximately 7 days service but it depends on the country - From £10.00

Orders placed on Friday after 11AM and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM GO-BRITISH - GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
UK and NON-UK - Customers may return items bought directly from us for a full refund, store credit or exchange except for fragrances / grooming products and pierced earrings (due to hygiene conditions). Customers must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via EMAIL providing the order number and the reason for returning the goods. If the order was placed at one of our partner stores (when you are redirected to make a purchase) you must contact them directly as this T&C will not apply.
Customers may request the RMA to return an item within 14 current days of receipt. The products should be returned to the address provided by us within 7 current days for customers in the UK and within 15 days for customers abroad from the date of receiving the RMA number. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, however it may take up to 14 days of the receipt of the goods.
It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs for Returns. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery until it reaches us. You can use a service of your choice but for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
IMPORTANT: Go-British will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty products within the supplier's warranty, and will not accept returns without being previously contacted and an RMA issued, returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn or where the tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, cases and product information are not received or damaged. Preferable ship the products back to GB using it’s original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Returns that have missing labels or part of the designer's packaging damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment and do not forget to write your RMA number to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
The address for returns will be provided when you receive the RMA.
