UK DELIVERY:

UPS NEXT BUSINESS DAY: When placed before 2PM Monday - Friday - £5.50
Orders placed on Friday before 2PM will be delivered on Monday.
Please allow 1 extra day for Scotland and NI.

We dispatch the same day all orders received by 2PM Mon-Fri
Orders placed on Friday after 2PM and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Worldwide 'Express' and 'Saver' services are available from £10 depending on the country, size, weight of the parcel and service chosen at the checkout.

FedEx or UPS - 1 - 4 working days depending on the location and service chosen at the checkout.

Please note that customers outside EU may be charged import duties/taxes when shipment arrives in their country. The Customs and the clearance charges are collected by FEDEX or UPS. Shipping, duties and tax change accordingly to each country and products ordered, therefore we are unable to inform you exactly how much you will pay. By placing your order you agree to clear customs. If the shipment returns due to a refusal to pay these charges we will have to deduct all shipping charges including the return before processing the refund.

WE SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES but a few countries are not listed on the website. If the Website does not calculate shipping to your country please email the billing/delivery address to customerservice@go-british.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 20 8144 7378 and we will find out the best option to ship the order to you.
We can also ship small items via Royal Mail. Please contact us to quote this option.

RETURNS GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

UK and NON-UK Customers may return items (except beauty products and pierced earrings due to hygiene conditions) for a full refund, store credit or exchange except for fragrances / grooming products and pierced earrings (due to hygiene conditions) anytime and also Christmas decorations after Christmas. Customers must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email customerservice@go-british.co.uk giving the order number and the reason for returning the goods.

Customers may request the RMA to return an item within 14 current days of receipt. The products should be returned to the address below within 7 current days for customers in the UK and within 15 days for customers abroad from the date of receiving the RMA number. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, however it may take up to 14 days of the receipt of the goods.

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs for Returns. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery until it reaches us. You can use a service of your choice but for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

IMPORTANT: Go-British will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty products within the supplier's warranty, and will not accept returns without being previously contacted and an RMA issued, returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn or where the tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, cases and product information are not received or damaged. Preferable ship the products back to GB using it’s original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Returns that have missing labels or part of the designer's packaging damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment and do not forget to write your RMA number to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
