BARK is the British made jewellery brand created by Japanese born Miwako Yoshioka.
Her first collection was bought by boutiques in London and Tokyo even before she had graduated in jewellery and silversmithing from Sir John Cass University in London and her first official collection of jewellery was shown in Paris in 2005.
Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand in her workshop; inspired by and using unusual objects spotted on London’s streets. Vintage buttons from the 1920s and heart or star shaped precious stones feature heavily while the evocative theme of childhood memories can often be seen in her beautiful work.
