Simon Ponnusamy started AM Eyewear in 2003 because of his fanatical love for ‘old-skool’ shades and says that as a young teenager he was obsessed with vintages frames but none of them fitted him because he had a tiny head. Simon thus decided to start his own retro range and AM eyewear was born.
AM Eyewear were the first ever brand of sunglasses to merit their own show at Australian fashion week and Celebrities such as Sienna Miller, Liam Gallagher, Kanye West, Gwen Stefani and others are wearing them with flair.
