There is only one.
That could be all we really need to say about the enormous store taking up an entire block in Knightsbridge. Harrod’s is always a must-see for visitors to London, and for good reason. Since the 1850’s when they started with tea, Harrod’s has become known for offering the best high quality, luxury products of the times.
Today, Harrod’s has seven floors encompassing a massive beauty department and perfumery, men and women’s designer and contemporary fashion, activewear and sports gear, luxurious home decor, a children’s dream department, and a vast enticing food hall. There is also an entire section offering Harrod’s gifts, with everything from teddy bears and tea towels to keychains and Christmas baubles.
Harrod’s has certainly made its mark on British culture, even the lights which illuminate the building every night are an attraction in their own right!
